ALICE IN WATERLAND

About one week ago I discovered a photographer who takes pictures under water. Her name is Elena Kalis and I just LOVE her work. It's so unique! I love the serie photos called Alice in Waterland, based on the story of Alice in Wonderland, but.... under water ofcourse!
So let me tell you the story of Alice (which I absolutely adore) with her photographs and some other things I found on the internet.

ALICE IN WATERLAND

Down, down, down. Would the fall NEVER come to an end? Alice has been falling for so long that she is beginning to grow uncertain, whether she is on her way to an adventure or she is in the middle of one.

She drank from a bottle called 'DRINK ME'

And up she grew so tall.

She ate from a plate called 'TASTE ME'

And down she shrank so small.

And so she changed, while other folks

never tried nothin' at all.

'If I had a world of my own', Alice said, 'everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn't. And contrariwise, what it is, it wouldn't be. And what it wouldn't be, it would. You see?'
